My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the noise from nearby construction was quite disruptive. The staff was nice and friendly, although there were challenges with the receptionist at times. The location, while beautiful with views of the Arenal volcano, had some drawbacks like a strong unpleasant smell. The dining options were somewhat repetitive but still enjoyable. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The location is in a lush area near major tourist attractions. The dining experience was extensive with a variety of choices. The hot tubs and pool area provided a nice view and clean, comfortable rooms.

My room had the perfect view of the volcano and I could even enjoy watching the cattle next door. The location, though on the edge of town, was inviting with plenty of chairs and shade, but the strong smell of insecticide was a drawback. The dining experience was good, with tasty food and fresh fruit, although it felt too touristic and crowded at times. Overall, the facilities were nice, offering what I needed during my stay.
