Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the noise from nearby construction was quite disruptive. The staff was nice and friendly, although there were challenges with the receptionist at times. The location, while beautiful with views of the Arenal volcano, had some drawbacks like a strong unpleasant smell. The dining options were somewhat repetitive but still enjoyable. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel has large rooms with comfortable beds and all the essentials like a safe, TV, and fridge. The service was efficient and helpful, with tours organized right from the hotel. The location is in a lush area near major tourist attractions. The dining experience was extensive with a variety of choices. The hot tubs and pool area provided a nice view and clean, comfortable rooms.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were detached from the restaurant and gift shop, offering a garden view. The new-built room we stayed in was really basic, but considering the price we paid, it was understandable. The service was top-notch with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, especially Alejandra and Leonora. However, the location gave off a strong, nauseating smell during our stay, which was quite off-putting. On the brighter side, the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere with plenty of chairs and shade.
The hotel offers spacious, clean rooms with a great little outdoor seating area. The service was friendly and helpful, especially with organizing tours. The location provides a perfect view of the volcano and is within walking distance to restaurants and the town. The dining experience was tasty with fresh fruit and good smoothies, although it lacked variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with some noise disturbances from workers.
My room had the perfect view of the volcano and I could even enjoy watching the cattle next door. It was a quiet area, detached from the restaurant and gift shop, with excellent coffee and a superb view of the volcano. However, being the last room by the road was a bit noisy. The service was made exceptional by Alejandra and Leonora who were so helpful and efficient. They even decorated our room, but some staff members were not very kind. The location, though on the edge of town, was inviting with plenty of chairs and shade, but the strong smell of insecticide was a drawback. The dining experience was good, with tasty food and fresh fruit, although it felt too touristic and crowded at times. Overall, the facilities were nice, offering what I needed during my stay.
